Jürgen Klopp has spoken at Melwood this afternoon ahead of his side’s clash with Southampton at Anfield tomorrow. Liverpool are a goal down on aggregate due to Nathan Redmond’s strike but Liverpool will be thinking of themselves lucky as the Saints could have put 3 or 4 past them at Saint Mary’s.
The German told reporters he expects to overcome Claude Puel’s men, but only with the help of Anfield’s atmosphere after fans have been left feeling glum with two losses and a draw at Old Trafford halting their incredible run of form.
