Brazilian first-division side Chapecoense were on board the airplane travelling to the club’s most important game in history; the Copa Sudamericana final against Atletico Nacional in Colombia.

However, this game will not go ahead. Tragically, the plane crashed and 76 people aboard died. Only 5 survivors have been reported.

Many of you, although praying for the victims, will wonder who Chapecoense are. You will find that they were a very promising side.
