Marseille News Transfer Rumours West Ham

According to Sky Sports, both London club West Ham United and Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille have made Celtic’s Moussa Dembélé their number one priority in the summer transfer window.

The French forward was in phenomenal form last season for The Bhoys, scoring 32 goals as the side won the treble, and went unbeaten in the entire Scottish Premier League campaign. Following his top season for the Scottish club, the 20-year-old has attracted attention from a variety of clubs across Europe, with the aforementioned Marseille and West Ham making him their priority in the transfer window.

Both clubs have been looking to bolster their attacking threat in the summer transfer window, with the French club looking for a replacement for Bafétimbi Gomis whilst the East London side already targeting players like Kelechi Iheanacho and Olivier Giroud.

Dembélé moved to Celtic just over a year ago from Fulham following the expiration of his contract and has four years remaining on his current deal. Regarding the reports, a move for the striker could cost as high as £20 million.
