On Sunday 16th October Watford picked up a valuable three points at The Riverside thanks to a rather spectacular strike from ex-Greek international Jose Holebas.
Despite picking up their third win of the season, Capoue and Holebas were having a heated argument on the pitch after the game; and had to be separated by Watford skipper Troy Deeney.
Watford boss Walter Mazzarri, in his presser, said that the two are ‘good friends’ and to get the best out of each other – they should, in fact, keep on arguing.
‘Even in training they usually play on the same side, so they are always both talking to each other and trying to improve each other,’ said the Italian coach.
‘They are always talking to each other, they are very good friends. And I am actually very happy about this, because for me the fact that they talk a lot on the pitch and in training shows that they want to improve their football.’
Watford face Welsh side Swansea on the weekend and The Hornets will want to aim to win twice on the bounce with Swansea 19th placed in the table.
Watford recorded their first win back in the Premier League last season against the Swans, however, they failed to get a result at The Liberty Stadium last season. Mazzarri will want to make sure the same does not happen again.
