News Tottenham Transfer Rumours

According to recent reports, North-London club Tottenham will be looking to bolster their defender in the summer transfer window with the acquisition of Porto right back Ricardo Pereira.

The Portuguese full-back has played a key role whilst on loan at OGC Nice and helped the French side in an impressive league campaign where they registered a spot in next season’s Champions League campaign.

With Manchester City reportedly set to bring current Spurs right-back Kyle Walker to the club, Mauricio Pochetinno is ready to pay the release clause for the defender to offer competition to backup fullback Kieran Trippier.

The Spurs manager is said to be an admirer of Pereira and will pay the €25 million release clause in the player’s contract to transfer him over to the Premier League. The Portuguese player mainly plays as a right back but formerly played as a winger too.
