Juventus Manchester City News Serie A Transfer Rumours

Manchester City are reportedly ready to make an offer for Juventus right-back Dani Alves to support the full-back options in place at the club. Following the expiration of Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta’s contracts, the Citizens are currently without an experienced right-back.

In recent weeks, the Manchester club were heavily linked with a move for Tottenham player Kyle Walker, but a deal is yet to reach completion.

Taking into consideration the recent links with Alves, manager Pep Guardiola may have found the right man ahead of the new league season.

The former-Barca defender has opened up on his potential move to Manchester City today, saying: “The English language is something everyone needs to know and everyone knows about my admiration for Pep Guardiola.”

Guardiola is no stranger to working with Alves, having been the man to bring the Brazillian to Barcelona from Sevilla for £23 million in 2008, winning three La Liga titles as well as two Champions League trophies.
