Everton Manchester United News Transfer Rumours

According to recent reports in the English media, Premier League sides Manchester United have agreed a £75m deal for Romelu Lukaku whilst Everton receive Wayne Rooney in a separate deal. The Red Devils are looking to strengthen their attacking outlet in the summer transfer window, and have been interested in Everton’s striker for months. Similarly, the Toffee’s have also been looking to improve their attack, by confirming their interest in the United Legend, and all-time goal scorer.

Whilst Manchester United have been linked with the 24-year-old, it was widely expected that the Belgium international would be heading back to his former club Chelsea. However, a deal has seemingly reached implications at the London club, as current striker Diego Costa is yet to receive any viable offers and is making the overall process deliberately difficult for his club.

With Everton remaining keen on the Englishman and United turning their attention to Lukaku, a deal could be reached between the two clubs with the respective players playing a key part.

The Merseyside club has had a very good window thus far, introducing the likes of; Jordan Pickford, Davy Klaasen, Sandro Ramírez, and even Michael Keane, but manager Ronald Koeman is hoping to get the signature of the England international to add some much-needed experience to his side.
