Alexis Sanchez Admits London Life Can Be ‘Too Stressful’ Amidst Transfer Rumours

Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez has claimed that living in London can be ‘stressful’. The Chilean has described himself as a ‘stay at home’ sort of character, despite the attractions London has on offer.
After a disappointing week for Arsenal, following two defeats from winning positions at Everton and Manchester City, the Gunners now find themselves in a spot of bother after falling from the top of the table down to 4th and just a single point above North-London rivals Tottenham.
Speculation surrounding Arsenal isn’t ending anytime soon, as the delay over Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Özil’s contract extensions have left fans worried, so much so that it was rumoured a banner, dedicated to Sanchez and his dogs, Atom and Humber, would be paraded around the Emirates in a plea to keep the Chilean.
Talking to Arsenal magazine about his future he said:
“I do explore the city if I have the time for it but normally I would rather stay relaxed at home. London can be a stressful place because it’s crowded and it’s a big city.”
Sanchez is reportedly unsure about his future at Arsenal, and with a £400,000-per-week from China on the table, Arsenal fans are beginning to become increasingly nervous that one of their best players is set to leave once again.
